Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and other applicable requirements
• Organize and lead internal and external audits
• Oversee CAPA, deviations, complaints, and risk management processes
• Supervise production quality control and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Analyze quality metrics (scrap, complaints, process stability) and implement improvements
• Lead and develop the quality team and collaborate with other departments

Requirements:

• Higher education in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA QSR, EU MDR, and audit processes
• Experience in implementing or improving a QMS in a manufacturing company
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is an advantage)
• Ability to lead a team, work in a dynamic environment, and make independent decisions
• Good English skills for communication with international colleagues
