I-Work client is an international company specializing in the development, production, and sale of equipment for handling loose loaded parcels. The company is currently utilizing Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and transitioning to Microsoft D365. To support this initiative, we are looking for a skilled

IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead ERP system implementation, ensuring project scope, budget, and alignment with business objectives;
• Develop project plan, monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, define system specifications, and align project objectives;
• Work with external vendors, consultants, and contractors for ERP implementation, ensuring communication, deliverable management, and compliance;
• Implement strategies for user adoption, including training and support for new processes and technologies;
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and industry standards through testing and validation;
• Lead system maintenance, troubleshooting and user support processes.

Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on ERP system implementations;
• Experience in leading and delivering complex ERP projects;
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices;
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements;
• Fluent in Latvian and English (both – oral and written);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail;
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
