Operational Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team in Latvia.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Standardize work processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops and training on OpEx tools and methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report progress of improvement projects to management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or a related fields.
• Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement or production efficiency projects.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Technical understanding of production processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Good Latvian and English skills, both written and spoken. English is used daily for communication with international colleagues and management and taking part in operational excellence projects on a Group level.
