Sales manager B2C
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement B2C strategies and plans.
- Formulate sales strategies to achieve efficient growth objectives.
- Actively sell company's products, driving increased turnover and profitability.
- Create annual product promotion plans for key customers, approved by Sales Director and CCO.
- Set and update monthly and annual sales goals.
- Monitor market and competitors, propose countermeasures if needed.
- Provide detailed 12-month sales forecasting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global customers, improving satisfaction.
- Monitor Sales KPIs in collaboration with Sales Director.
- Manage strategic R&D projects impacting the bottom line.
- Ensure clients' solvency, collaborate with CFO for credit recovery.
- Identify new customer product combinations.
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in B2C sales within the food ingredients industry.
- Preferred experience in reputable companies.
- Food technical background is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of key account management methodologies.
- Experience in strategic planning for key accounts.
- Proficient in value selling techniques.
- Business development expertise, including project management with R&D.
- Ability to establish connections with decision makers and influencers in the food industry and large distribution.
- B category drivers license.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Professional proficiency in English.
