General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficient performance across all business functions;
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures to enhance overall efficiency and business results;
• Drive the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term objectives;
• Review financial and sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions to strengthen business profitability;
• Collaborate with the internal teams to define and execute sales strategies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Promote employee development by establishing training initiatives and supporting the growth of internal talent;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and safeguard the company’s reputation in the market;
• Lead the planning and management of the company’s annual budget and ensure financial targets are achieved;
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting a culture of safe and responsible operations.

Competencies required

• At least 10 years of experience in a comparable senior role within a manufacturing environment, managing production and operational performance;
• Higher education in a relevant field;
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to build high-performing organizations and ensure strong customer satisfaction;
• Strong commercial mindset, with demonstrated success in driving business growth and sales performance;
• Ability to analyse financial and operational performance, interpret key production and business metrics, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and results;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at all organizational levels;
• Excellent English, both written and spoken (cooperation with partners abroad).
