CONCRETE ENGINEER - TECHNOLOGIST

for the Research & Development (R&D) Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and prepare concrete compositions
• Oversee quality control during production and support the production department
• Participate in the development of new and innovative products
• Conduct research on concrete raw materials and additives
• Take part in research and development projects
• Travel for work assignments if necessary, work related trips to various locations worldwide

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher technical education in civil engineering, material sciences, or a relevant professional qualification (the job can be combined with studies)
• Preferably experience in a concrete manufacturing company or construction company specializing in various types of concrete works
• Strong planning skills and the ability to work independently
• High level of self-motivation
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and participate in the research and development of new products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English language – communication with international partners and colleagues in the Baltics
• Driver’s license
